Senior Demand and Supply Chain Analyst

As a dynamic organization, we are in search of talented individuals to contribute to our ongoing achievements. We are currently seeking a Senior Demand and Fulfillment Analyst to enhance our exceptional Purchasing team. This role is crucial due to the expertise required in Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software, collaborating closely with the Replenishment Team. The position demands comprehensive knowledge of operational processes, programming, and user functionalities, and will also act as the primary resource for training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a deep understanding of global Supply Chain processes and solutions that are integrated, scalable, and adhere to industry best practices. Process enhancements may include minimizing keystrokes, reducing handoffs, centralizing data, accelerating resource availability, or consolidating similar tasks.
  • Act as a solution integrator with substantial hands-on experience in leading ERP applications and various supply chain systems.
  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives focusing on process and change management to ensure all teams meet project milestones, deliverables, and service level agreements.
  • Serve as a primary escalation contact for end users regarding issues that affect productivity and revenue.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for end users.
  • Develop, maintain, and revise all pertinent documentation, including test scripts, training materials, and business process documentation.
  • Execute projects as assigned by the Corporate Orgill team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in Demand and Fulfillment processes and engage with Orgill Leadership.
  • Address inquiries and requests for information from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment software, along with familiarity with various software applications, including Microsoft and Google tools.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess facts and evaluate options when addressing challenges and making decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, complemented by strong business acumen.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, work autonomously, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Aptitude for managing diverse and evolving situations under pressure.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software.
  • Familiarity with other replenishment software capabilities is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel for company-related functions as necessary.
  • Ability to work in person at the corporate office.
