About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Support Analyst to join our Purchasing team at Orgill. This is a critical role that requires in-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software and its applications in a global supply chain context.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce keystrokes, handoffs, and delays, and to free up resources faster.
  • Solution Integration: Serve as a solution integrator with strong hands-on expertise in leading ERP applications and other supply chain systems.
  • Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional projects with a focus on process and change management to ensure all teams are tracking to project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Business Escalation: Serve as a business escalation point of contact for end users, including outages impacting productivity and company revenue.
  • Training and Documentation: Coordinate training activities for end users and develop, maintain, and update relevant documentation.
  • Project Completion: Complete projects as presented by the Corporate Orgill team.
  • Initiative and Innovation: Take initiative to identify improvements in D&F and present them to the Orgill Leadership Team.
  • Customer Support: Respond to questions and requests for information from internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in a similar field.
  • Software Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and experience with Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of other replenishment software capabilities is a plus.
  • Travel and Work Requirements: Must be willing to travel for company-related functions as needed and must be able to work in person at the Orgill corporate office.
