Role Overview:

As a prominent player in the industry, we are thrilled to enhance our workforce and maintain our growth trajectory. We are currently in search of a Senior Business Operations Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Purchasing division. This crucial position necessitates proficiency in Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software, and you will collaborate closely with the Replenishment Team on a daily basis. The role demands a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, programming, and end-user functionalities, while also acting as the in-house authority for resources and training.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or IT Management
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Blue Yonder's Demand and Fulfillment software
  • Familiarity with other replenishment software is advantageous
  • Experience with multiple technologies such as DOT NET, C, COBOL, JCL, UNIX, CICS, TSO, CONTROL-M, IMS is preferred
  • Willingness to travel for company-related functions as necessary
  • Ability to work onsite at the corporate office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess knowledge of global Supply Chain processes and solutions that are integrated with other operational areas, scalable, flexible, and adhere to industry best practices. Process enhancements may include reducing keystrokes, minimizing handoffs, centralizing data, decreasing delays, expediting resource availability, or consolidating similar tasks.
  • Act as a solution integrator with substantial hands-on expertise in leading ERP applications and other supply chain systems.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with a focus on process and change management to ensure all teams are aligned with project milestones, deliverables, and KPI/Service Level Agreements.
  • Serve as a business escalation point for end users, addressing outages that impact productivity and company revenue.
  • Coordinate training sessions for end users.
  • Develop, maintain, and update all relevant documentation, including test scripts, training materials, business process documentation, and macros.
  • Complete projects as assigned by the Corporate team.
  • Proactively identify improvements in Demand and Fulfillment processes and engage with the leadership team.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required.
