  • Managing sales orders, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
  • Collaborating with fellow trainees and the external sales team to drive results
  • Participating in marketing initiatives and following up on customer interactions
  • Thriving in a competitive, team-oriented environment
  • Assisting the account management team in fostering client relationships

Qualifications for the Role:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proven sales abilities and the capacity to address customer objections
