Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients with complex medical conditions, including those requiring ventilator support and other advanced therapies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify priorities for care, including physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit goals and performance improvement activities.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
