Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing a proven sales process to understand each customer's unique sleep needs.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
- Drive sales growth, consistently exceeding goals and becoming a trusted Sleep Expert.
Requirements:
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales.
- A commitment to professional appearance and attitude, representing the brand with integrity.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Motivated by a pay-for-performance compensation plan.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to demonstrate English language proficiency.
