Job Overview

Mighty Meals is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the health and wellness sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic sales environment and possess exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct persuasive and informative sales calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Onboarding: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary support.
  • Client Retention: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and providing ongoing support.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through proactive sales efforts and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or flexible work environment.

Compensation:

  • Flat rates per client sign-up.
  • 2% of net sales for each retained client.
  • Additional incentives for exceeding sales targets and KPIs
