About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Operational Due Diligence team as a Vice President. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough operational due diligence on investments across various asset classes, including private equity, private credit, real estate, and public equities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of investment operations, including risk assessment, control design, and infrastructure evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of investment strategies, instruments, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Investment, Data, and Legal, to ensure seamless integration of due diligence findings.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure best practices in operational due diligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of conducting thorough operational due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint, with experience in data analysis and visualization.
