Automation Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Project Manager to oversee automation projects in the petrochemical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, automation, and process control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage automation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Technology.
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in automation, project management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic drilling operations and process control systems.
  • Experience with analytics, business intelligence, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
