About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to join our Process Controls Engineering team at Air Products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our project management and project cost control software and data stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Automation Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation plan for software required by our Project Delivery organization.
  • Project Management Expertise: Provide expertise in project management, cost control, and earned value software, with a strong understanding of business cycles, data flow, and technology requirements.
  • System Integration: Advise key stakeholders on optimal solutions for integration of work processes and software, and work closely with stakeholders to implement robust work processes and drive efficiencies in the project lifecycle.
  • Principal Accountabilities: Develop roadmaps for Project Delivery software, establish use cases, narratives, and diagrams of current and future state processes, applications, and data flows, and work with Global Functional Owners and Business Process Owners to improve work processes.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Strong working knowledge of Omega 365 and Primavera P6, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in the EPC industry, Oil and Gas, Industrial Gases, or Petrochemical industry.
  • Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Information Technology, with a strong understanding of data management, integrity, digitization, and dependencies.
