KITE'S CLEANERS, INC. is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in fostering and maintaining exceptional client relationships through superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the standards of the call center as established by the organization.
  • Deliver precise and courteous assistance to clients.
  • Count, invoice, and inspect garments for stains or damages, while ensuring no foreign objects are present.
  • Provide detailed information about the various services offered.
  • Alert customers to any potential issues.
  • Sort, tag, and inspect garments to ensure they are returned to the correct clients.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and ensure that necessary supplies are readily available.
  • Collaborate with all departments to guarantee a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively to research and resolve customer service inquiries and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Consistent employment history.
  • Must pass a drug test and background check.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and extended hours as required.
  • Able to lift and carry garments.
  • Capable of standing for prolonged periods.
