**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and facilitate training classes to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new training programs that align with business objectives
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs and customer support services

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in mainframe and PC applications, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of customer support principles and practices
