  1. Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy and care in every interaction.
  2. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in locating products and services as needed.
  3. Accurately process transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, while adhering to company policies.
  4. Maintain the sales floor by restocking merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring pricing is up-to-date.
  5. Support store opening and closing procedures as required.
  6. Assist in various departments, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational, while staying informed about current services and tools.
  7. Collaborate with pharmacy staff as needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy to enhance career development opportunities.
  8. Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our commitment to improving customer health.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates should be able to remain on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, with frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement:

CVS Corporation requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless a reasonable accommodation is approved based on medical or religious grounds.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
