Customer Service Associate

Overview:
The Member Services Representative (MSR) plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operational processes within the Front Desk department, thereby enabling the facility to deliver exceptional customer service. The MSR is expected to exhibit a thorough understanding of all company policies and initiatives to uphold the integrity of the Crunch brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales.
- Welcome all members and guests warmly and bid them farewell as they leave.
- Manage check-in procedures for all members and guests in line with company protocols.
- Handle communication through club software during member check-in.
- Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Inform members and guests about special events.
- Foster an inviting atmosphere for all members.
- Address all member inquiries or escalate to management as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Promote and sell retail merchandise.
- Schedule various member services, including tanning and hydro-massage.
- Process payments for member services according to company guidelines.
- Be knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist with projects as assigned by club management.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform opening and closing duties as required.
- Participate in employee training sessions.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
