Registered Nurse FVR-5 Telemetry Specialist

Job SummaryThe Telemetry Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to assigned patients in the Telemetry units, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and effective care environment. This role requires a skilled and compassionate nurse with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to assigned patients in the Telemetry units
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain a safe and effective care environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current California RN license
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- ACLS and Initial Dysrythmia Recognition within 90 days of hire
- Recent acute care experience preferred
