Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue in the North American market.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, including apparel brands, retailers, and agents.
- Collaborate with the design and development team to create new products that meet customer needs and drive business success.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and product safety requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in the clothing business, procurement, and supply chain, with senior management experience or network resources.
- Strong understanding of market trends, product safety requirements, and textile fabrics.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to work pressure.
- Keen business and market awareness, with strong problem-solving and resource integration abilities.
