As a key member of the Crown team, you will be responsible for guiding the company's global lead management program and enterprise marketing automation solution.

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead delivery and support the organization's marketing goals.
    \t\t
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create project requirements and oversee development support.
    \t\t
  • Manage the overall platform and processes to ensure efficient delivery of sales leads.
    \t\t
  • Implement tools to increase platform value and support the company's marketing strategy.
    \t\t
  • Provide direction for user testing and data validation, as well as global adoption and use of the solution.
    \t\t
  • Manage and maintain department processes relevant to lead management and marketing automation.
    \t\t
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and prepare reports to evaluate Return on Investment (ROI).
    \t\t
  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of the lead management team, balancing resources and skills across multiple projects.
    \t\t
  • Work with the Marketing Operations & Technology Manager, Information Technology (IT), and other departments to create project requirements and obtain and oversee development support.
    \t\t
  • Ensure development and approval processes are followed, and report on key platform metrics and project progress to department leadership.
    \t\t
  • Produce management reports and presentations.
    \t\t
  • Oversee the lead management team in supporting strategic marketing campaign development and execution.
    \t\t
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure efficient and effective support of the campaign process.
    \t

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with 5 plus years of related experience is required.
    \t\t
  • Experience in delivering customer support through multiple contact channels, including email, chat, and phone.
    \t\t
  • Excellent service philosophy and understanding of the challenges of providing a superior customer experience.
    \t\t
  • Outstanding and demonstrated process and project management skills.
    \t\t
  • Sets compelling goals and continuously works to improve processes.
    \t\t
  • Translates the vision/mission of the organization into actionable, quantitative plans.
    \t\t
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence key stakeholders across the company at all levels.
    \t\t
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
    \t\t
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a fast-paced marketing team.
    \t\t
  • Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames, and meet deadlines.
    \t\t
  • Exceptional skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
