Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our nonprofit organization as a Prior Authorization Specialist. This role is essential in securing necessary authorizations for various services provided to children in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the completion of authorizations and referrals for services, including appointments and procedures.
  • Assess patient medical histories and insurance plans to ensure proper approvals.
  • Communicate with referring healthcare providers to gather additional information as required.

Essential Qualifications:
