About the Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your target market and territory
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close of sale
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Build strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in b2b sales or 360 recruitment environment
  • Prospecting and closing business experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools
  • Positive attitude and desire to win
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable and coachable
