About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your target market and territory
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close of sale
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients and candidates
- Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
- Build strong partnerships with clients to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
- Contribute to the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in b2b sales or 360 recruitment environment
- Prospecting and closing business experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools
- Positive attitude and desire to win
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Adaptable and coachable
