Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Washington D.C. area, including schools, community centers, and recreational facilities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise to secure contracts and partnerships that support the youth and neighborhoods we serve.
  • Collaborate with our Expansion Coordinator to stay up-to-date on available programs and partnership prospects, effectively representing our organization to potential partners.
  • Actively pursue and manage new leads, innovating strategies to introduce programs to new partners and identify emerging markets for partnership growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and serving as their main liaison within our organization.
Requirements:
  • Passion for sales and relationship-building, with a focus on the Washington D.C. area.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a high standard of service excellence.
  • Outgoing and confident demeanor, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, meeting set deadlines and making informed decisions within established guidelines.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, with a high school diploma or equivalent required.
