Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the marketing department, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support during events, including unit setup and program execution.
  • Manage databases effectively to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Coordinate the necessary content for various marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee field marketing requests and associated activities.
  • Adhere to established budgets and guidelines while executing marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with field managers.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies to enhance marketing efforts.
  • Compile marketing reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data.
  • Maintain promotional inventory and ensure fulfillment processes are efficient.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing role.
  • A background or interest in the hospitality or food industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • An Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
