As a Service Coordinator at Crane Engineering Sales, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain product knowledge to service internal and external customers within your assigned market

• Coordinate all assigned internal and external service projects regarding scope, schedule, and budget

• Prepare project files with equipment manuals and parts lists

• Review inspection reports and findings

• Prepare and deliver service quotes to customers for field service and in-house repair opportunities

• Assist the customer service team with order entry tasks

• Obtain credit information to set up new customers

• Request quotations from vendors

• Estimate labor for service jobs

• Assist in margin growth through obtaining discounts and inventory decision-making

• Supports sales staff with obtaining business

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred

• Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to be mechanically adept

• Ability to interact professionally over the phone with a focus on customer service and increasing sales

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Works well under pressure

• Strong customer service and time management skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
