Key Responsibilities:

- Educate clients on product features and benefits to meet their individual needs.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support.

Qualifications:
- Background Check: Must pass a federal background check.
- No prior experience in sales or finance is required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks and client pipelines effectively.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficient in using technology for client management and communication.
- A valid insurance license is required or a willingness to obtain one if necessary.
