Position Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic insights and financial guidance to the executive management team, enabling informed business decisions that align with the company's objectives.

This role is vital in steering our organization towards its financial aspirations.


Key Responsibilities:


The responsibilities outlined below are essential functions of this role and may evolve based on the company's requirements.

  • Facilitate the financial planning process, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations derived from comprehensive financial analysis.
  • Leverage business analytics tools to create and sustain interactive financial dashboards and reports, allowing for real-time data evaluation and visualization of key performance indicators.
  • Assist in formulating and executing strategic financial plans, including the development of long-term financial models and scenario analyses.
  • Monitor financial performance against established budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including accounting, sales, and operations, to collect financial data, support business initiatives, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Partner with senior management to devise and implement strategic financial initiatives, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Communicate professionally and courteously with colleagues, management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Adhere to all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, particularly within a software company or a related sector.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA, CPA, or CFA designation is preferred.
Proficiency in financial modeling utilizing advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with PowerBI or other data analytics tools is advantageous.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Prior experience with Private Equity and M&A activities is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
Ability to perform work on a computer for prolonged durations.
Ability to travel as necessary to represent the company's interests.
Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality in work and meetings.
