Client Director

This Client Director position is a key leadership role that drives strategic growth and direction for our global clients or major regional accounts. The focus is on developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business within these accounts, while maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business within global clients or major regional accounts
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor in all their primary locations
- Manage account relationships to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth
- Lead remote sales associates and manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
- Maintain competitive knowledge and focus on Gartner's sales methodology, products, and services
- 15+ years of external experience with proven consultative sales, preferably in high technology (services or software)
- Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships within large multi-national companies
- Proficient in global account planning and understanding of territory management
- Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value-added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business
