Director of Client Success

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Account Management team in the Gaming Services division. As a Director, Account Management, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth through strategic business planning and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute business strategies to achieve client business goals
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels
- Support sales and pre-sales activities by assessing opportunities, responding to RFPs, and creating proposals and presentations
- Develop and manage account plans and strategies, working directly with client product, marketing, and IT teams
- Own a portfolio of clients, driving revenue and margin growth, as well as customer satisfaction
- Enthusiasm for the Gaming industry
- Experience building partnerships with technology providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google)
- Proven history of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
- Knowledge of technical platforms, business models, and trends in the Gaming, Media, Streaming, or Game Engines industries
- Familiarity with the Gaming Services space (e.g., custom software development, porting)
- Ability to operate at the strategic level, with a focus on details
