At PeaceHealth, we are seeking a skilled LPN Home Health professional to join our team. This is a full-time, 1.00 FTE, day position that requires the ability to provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes.

The salary range for this position is $40.41, and the hiring rate is dependent on several factors, including education, training, work experience, and seniority. Hiring bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Under the supervision of an RN, the LPN will provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. The LPN will also participate in the development of a patient-specific care plan and implement and evaluate patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited State Board of Nursing LPN program and current licensure as an LPN in the state in which they will be practicing. They will also have current BLS certification and a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance.
