Job Title: Executive Director, Integrated Channel

At Educational Testing Service (ETS), we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Director, Integrated Channel to join our team. This role will play a critical part in expanding and optimizing our corporate brand presence and leading the global Center of Excellence.

About the Role

The Executive Director, Integrated Channel will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of our global email, social, and search marketing initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to foster innovation and excellence within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across email, social, search channels, and paid digital media.
  • Lead integration of marketing campaigns to ensure a unified brand message and optimal performance across all channels.
  • Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of holistic digital marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines to drive business objectives.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness using data analytics and insights.
  • Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, key stakeholders, global teams, and business units.
  • Serve as digital marketing subject matter expert and thought leader across the organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee budget tracking and manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of business/marketing experience required.
  • Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in a Center of Excellence or similar organizational structure a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record in identifying winning consumer insights, growth opportunities, and priorities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Market Research, Advertising Agencies, Finance, Legal, Project Management, and Program staff.
  • Experience working with global partners and managing offshore resources effectively.
  • Experience with marketing technology stacks, including email, social media, webinar platforms, Google Analytics, search tools, and more.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
