Position Title: Medication Support Specialist

Location: Not specified

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience, plus potential shift differentials

Work Schedule: 2nd shift, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential nursing services and education to clients.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in a client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
  • Record physician orders accurately in client records.
  • Maintain detailed nursing notes reflecting the care delivered and the client's response.
  • Engage in shift change discussions.
  • Administer necessary health assessments upon client admission.
  • Complete routine updates as scheduled.
  • Conduct regular audits of client records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Interest in Behavioral Health and Substance Use Treatment
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • TMA certification is preferred; candidates must obtain certification through the organization if selected.
