Job Summary

Sunmark Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Center Representative to join our team. As a Financial Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing legendary service to members by welcoming them to the financial center and providing information regarding our credit union services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a member liaison, supporting member convenience with all credit union technology available.
  • Support member transactions through the use of Interactive Teller Machines.
  • Accurately process transactions as required, including receiving loan payments, processing cash advances and transfers, redeeming bonds, and processing insurance payments.
  • Process transfers and credit card payments.
  • Perform vault management, including verifying cash shipment under dual control, balancing, settlement, and cash management of the financial center.
  • Serve members by providing product and advisory information, researching and solving member questions, problems, and complaints.
  • Assist Management in maintaining our culture while achieving department sales goals.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Prior cash handling and customer service experience.
  • Ability to meet sales goals, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency within Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
