Job Summary:

Festival Foods is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Guest Service Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and lead by example, ensuring that all Guest Service associates provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operations of the Guest Service Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Guest Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train Guest Service associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized state, including the Guest Service area, cash registers, and surrounding areas.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, associates, and management, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire Guest Service associates to provide exceptional service.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
