Sales Director Job Description

As a Sales Director at Ensemble Real Estate Services, you will be responsible for driving hotel revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies. Your primary goal will be to identify, qualify, and solicit new business opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Develop and implement quarterly sales action plans to meet and exceed hotel revenue goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the DOSM to create promotional materials and campaigns to drive catering sales.
  • Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote the hotel's catering offerings.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and event orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event details in the CRM system.
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related experience in hotel group sales or a similar field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
