Sales Director

Extreme Safety Inc is seeking an experienced and high-energy Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of sales. The successful candidate will be energetic, well-organized, and have a proven ability to sell and lead a high-transactional sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, and competitors.
- Complete sales operational requirements by sales accountability and following up on work results.
- Maintain national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintain sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees and monitoring and appraising job results.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
- MBA preferred.
- Two to three years of experience as sales manager.
- Three to five years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of positive sales performance.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with additional hours as needed.
