Branch Director

Savino Del Bene, a leading global freight forwarding company, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our growing Los Angeles branch. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth, motivating a high-performing team, and ensuring seamless operations.

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Lead and motivate a team of operations, sales, and brokerage staff to achieve clearly defined goals and objectives.
• Ensure that operations staff have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial aspects of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with corporate headquarters to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of commercial growth and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding industry and the Los Angeles market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
