- Accountable for the overall performance of the office's operational, client, and technical goals.
- Continually monitors financial performance of the office and business unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Five years of progressive related professional experience, including at least three years of leadership experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The work environment is usually an office environment, using computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. Sometimes, the work environment can be a jobsite environment, which can be outside in all weather conditions and/or tightly enclosed areas with uneven walking surfaces.
