Job Overview

Adamas Building Services is seeking a highly skilled Concierge/Front Desk Associate to join our team. As a leading expert in the Residential Services market, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our residents and guests.

Available Schedule - Friday and Saturday 11pm-7am

Pay Rate: $15/hr

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to meet and greet residents and guests, and have proficiency in computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Meet and greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
  • Operate computer systems to manage resident and guest information
  • Communicate effectively with lead concierge and management

Requirements

  • Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
  • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work and stand on your feet for several hours
  • Proficiency in handling office equipment
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
  • Pass comprehensive background checks
  • Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
