Patient Service Specialist

At Kessler Rehabilitation Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and checking patients in
- Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorize treatments
- Collect co-pays and manage daily cash balancing
- Enter patient data and complete billing reports
- Collaborate with clinic staff and supporting departments to ensure a seamless patient experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience necessary
- Knowledge of insurance verification and medical office administration a plus
