Job Summary

As a key member of the LifeBridge Health team, the STEMI Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the clinical efficiency and effectiveness of the Cardiovascular STEMI service line. This position acts as the primary point person for the advanced STEMI program at Sinai Hospital and NW Hospital, working under limited supervision to plan, organize, coordinate, educate, and evaluate STEMI protocols, policies, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement STEMI protocols and policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to educate and evaluate cardiovascular service line performance.
  • Provide cardiovascular-focused education and training to staff members.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of STEMI protocols and policies to ensure compliance with evidence-based practice.
  • Work closely with the cardiovascular service line leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a cardiovascular service line.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
