Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Carter's/OshKosh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing excellent customer service to our customers. You will also be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
  • Drive sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
