About the Role

Tome is revolutionizing the way creators connect with their audiences by bridging the gap between storytelling and experience. With 16 million users and rapid organic growth, we're poised to take the next step in our evolution. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our enterprise sales efforts, working closely with our CEO to bring in our first wave of enterprise customers. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the ground floor and help shape the future of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Qualify new leads and tailor pitches to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with product management and GTM teams to support customer activation
  • Work closely with Customer Experience to ensure smooth launches and fuel future product growth
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of technology/SaaS sales experience
  • Proven experience with a solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process management
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on mid-market accounts
  • Strong ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business
  • Experience selling AI or technology solutions is highly desirable

Compensation Range: $185K - $250K
