Firearms Production Specialist

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking a skilled Firearms Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality firearms, working closely with our team to ensure that every product meets our exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and disassemble firearms, including piece part preparation, slide assembly, and frame assembly.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, meeting production deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the production process.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and technical drawings.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with frequent standing, sitting, and walking.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and other environmental factors.
- Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
