Job Overview:
Join General Dynamics as a Project Coordinator and transform technology into opportunity. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM).

Impact of Your Role:
  • Interpret and create complex communications and presentations, including charts and diagrams, to support Department of Defense (DoD) IT objectives.
  • Manage financial planning and monitor project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize networking skills to gather essential information from diverse sources.
  • Address administrative challenges and propose process enhancements.
  • Oversee the timely execution of multiple projects of moderate complexity.
  • Coordinate various work assignments and responsibilities, including training and status reporting.
  • Prepare reports and documentation based on collected information to support project objectives.
  • Apply standard policies and procedures to address complex inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Assist the Program Manager in managing contract costs, schedules, and performance.
  • Engage in program management activities such as subcontract management, personnel accountability, and billing.
  • Develop project plans, including budgets and timelines, to meet contractual requirements.
  • Monitor and report on performance to ensure compliance with contractual, cost, and schedule goals.
  • Regularly interact with clients and industry representatives to ensure adherence to requirements.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Education: Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and related software applications.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Thorough understanding of program requirements.
  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI.
  • Required Certifications:
    • CAPM or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Work Environment: On Customer Site.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph for specific positions.
    • Ability to perform moderate physical activities as required.
    • Occasional travel may be necessary.
