Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including timelines for subcontractors and material procurement.
  • Lead pre-construction processes such as quantity take-offs, solicitation of bids, evaluation of proposals, and negotiation with subcontractors to finalize project budgets.
  • Ensure project timelines are adhered to by monitoring progress, coordinating tasks, and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Organize and prioritize project tasks to facilitate a seamless workflow, overseeing the responsibilities of team members and subcontractors.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope effectively, demonstrating a thorough understanding of contract documents.
  • Coordinate project activities in compliance with applicable regulations and governmental standards.
  • Oversee the completion of project close-out procedures in a timely manner.

Work Environment: The role includes responsibilities in an on-site construction office.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the construction sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
