Industrial Sales Representative

As a key member of the Superior Industrial Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving set inside sales metrics, including customer appointments, projects won, and new customers.
This is a critical role within Superior Industrial's organization, and successful candidates will have opportunities for career advancement into Operational and Sales Leadership. The ideal candidate must have 1-2 years of direct inside sales experience, preferably in the industrial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in direct business development and sales within the industrial maintenance and/or construction spaces
- Strong customer service mindset with a desire to exceed client expectations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
