About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our range of wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment. You will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including individuals with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and assist them in selecting the right vehicle or equipment to meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Actively promote and sell our range of wheelchair-accessible vehicles and adaptive equipment.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle or equipment to meet their specific needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and mobility solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
