Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities
  • Work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables, ensuring projects are executed on time and on budget
  • Prepare weekly status reports and set up weekly project status calls
  • Document all calls and meetings, and partner with the team to efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback, and manage the submission process
  • Schedule and attend project-related presentations, and communicate client changes and rationale to the internal team
  • Assist in planning and coordinating across functional areas of the agency, and help ensure effective delivery of projects and seamless communication
Requirements
  • 4 years of advertising agency experience required
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills
  • Media experience is a plus
  • Digital experience
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review process and systems (Veeva)
