Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to clients in the pharmaceutical industry, developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring fiscal account health.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Brand Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that drive business results, including positioning, messaging, and creative concepts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital, to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: 9-13 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.
  • Skills: Effective presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills, solid understanding of Veeva systems and client requirements, master of industry trends and guidelines, fluent in market research methodology and approaches, and able to travel to clients.
