We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Event Operations Supervisor to guide our events team, ensuring impeccable execution of all events.

Job Overview:

The Event Operations Supervisor is accountable for the comprehensive planning, execution, and coordination of all event functions. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, robust leadership skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Manage all facets of event planning and execution, from initial setup to final breakdown. Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Team Management: Lead and oversee event personnel, delegating tasks, providing clear guidance, and nurturing a positive team atmosphere.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and attendees, promptly addressing their needs with professionalism. Ensure outstanding guest experiences throughout the event.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and maintain inventory, handle cash transactions, and comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Complete essential documentation, data entry including gratuity records, participate in meetings, assist with monthly inventory assessments, manage linen orders, and contribute to ongoing operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Event Operations Supervisor or in a comparable position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage various tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings, weekends, early mornings, and holidays. Availability on Saturday evenings is essential.
  • Prior experience with event management software is advantageous but not mandatory.
