About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Event Operations to join our team at FeverUp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events, from sales and legal contract signing to event closure.

As the main point of contact between stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams, you will work closely with our sales and legal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing event life cycles, from contract signing to event closure
  • Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure event success
  • Communicating product and process needs to HQ and working with product/engineering teams to deliver solutions
  • Creating and maintaining exhaustive Q&A for user support teams
  • Ensuring all project requirements have necessary documentation
  • Attending events on-site as required
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified project management professional with a background in event operations or a related field. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detail-oriented, analytical, and organized mindset.

Key requirements include:

  • 3+ years of project management experience or consulting background
  • Ability to handle a large partner portfolio and manage parallel work-streams effectively
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Solution-focused with a proven track record of identifying problem areas and creating plans for resolution
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent
