Job Summary: Administrative Coordinator

ODORZX INC. is a rapidly growing organization in San Francisco, CA, offering unlimited growth opportunities. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with payroll processing, maintaining employee files, coordinating training sessions, and providing general administrative support to the HR department. Additionally, they will assist with benefit coordination, prepare and distribute HR-related communications, and help manage and implement HR policies and programs. If you possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee time records.
* Maintain employee files and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
* Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in HR, payroll, or administrative support preferred.
* Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year.
